What is an Original Artwork?
An Original Artwork that is shown on this Site is an artwork that has been created by Brendon Marczan, the artist.

What is a Limited Edition Print?
A Limited Edition Print that is shown on this Site is a hand, silk-screen, archival quality print or a digital Giclee, archival quality print that is produced in a small run. Each item is titled, numbered and signed by Brendon Marczan, the artist.

What is an Inspired Object?
An Inspired Object that is shown on this Site is an item which has been inspired by the artwork of Brendon Marczan. Produced to a premium specification, each Inspired Object is created in collaboration with Brendon Marczan, the artist.

Is there anywhere that I can view items in person?
From time to time, Original Artworks and Limited Edition Prints may be featured in group or solo exhibitions. On an artwork’s individual page, it will be noted where this artwork is available to view in person.

GENERAL FAQ’S

How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase with Brendon Marczan is easy. To see all available items for sale, there is a link on the Home Page.

Alternatively, Original Artworks, Limited Edition Prints and Inspired Objects can be found in the ‘Current’ tab located at the top left of any screen. Here, the works are divided into their respective bodies of work and can be filtered by their type.

To make a purchase, simply click ‘Add to Basket’ on the item page. Once you’ve added all items you wish to purchase, you can review the items in your basket by selecting ‘Basket’ at the top right of any page. You can add products to your Wish List or use remove items as you wish.

Click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ to complete your order.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ instructions on the ‘Sign in’ page. For security reasons, we are unable to send your password via email.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is available to purchase from Brendon Marczan, it is in stock. We do not offer any product for sale unless it is in stock.

What payment methods does Brendon Marczan accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express credit cards.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Brendon Marczan?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Cardsave by Worldpay. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, simply call our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist.

Which countries does Brendon Marczan ship to?
At this moment, Brendon Marczan ships to countries in the EU and Australia. In 2015, shipping will extend to the US and Canada. Further countries to follow.

Does Brendon Marczan ship to Post Office boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses. At this moment in time, we are only able to deliver goods to the billing address.

How do I change my currency?
All prices on the website are provided in GBP (£). You view the prices in EURO (€) simply by clicking the currency converter button on the item page. The EURO value is provided as a guide only and may not reflect the exact rate charged by your bank once your purchase is processed.

How much tax and duty will I have to pay?
By default, product prices are UK VAT inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order. Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the ‘Basket’ page. Please note that UK VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

For countries inside the EU where VAT applies, it will be automatically applied to your order.

For countries outside the EU, all orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) where no tax or duty has been paid on the order. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.

Does Brendon Marczan ship to multiple addresses?
You may only ship to one address per order.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of the Original Artworks and items that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive e-mail confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Brendon Marczan is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply request your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

You can receive your RA number by either emailing us on info@brendonmarczan.com or calling us on +44 (0) 7428 458 550. To provide your return, we will ask you for your order number and may need to confirm your full name and address.

In the case of a refund, we can only return funds to the original payment method used.

How do I create a Wish List?
To create a Wish List, you will need to be registered and signed in on Brendon Marczan. When browsing, use ‘add to Wish List’ on the item page and items will automatically move into your Wish List. You Wish List can be found at the bottom navigation bar.

You can add items in your Wish List to your Basket or remove the item. You can also email your Wish List to yourself or a friend.
